Without a second thought, he took his sword and cut his mantle in half. That night, he had a dream in which he saw Jesus covered with his mantle. Beautiful! The mantle was the means for him to become a Christian, since at the time he was not.Let each sister see Jesus Christ in the person of the poor: the more repugnant the work or the persons, the greater also must be her faith, love, and cheerful devotion in ministering to our Lord in this distressing disguise.
